About this program

WomensNet has awarded Amber Grants since 1998, honoring a young entrepreneur named Amber who died before realizing her business dream. Monthly $10,000 grants lead to year-end $25,000 awards.

The application is intentionally simple — a short pitch, not a government-style proposal — making it one of the most accessible private grants for women founders.

Official source: https://ambergrantsforwomen.com/. Program terms, deadlines, and award amounts change — always verify directly with the administering organization before applying. BTV lists this program for informational purposes and is not affiliated with the provider. Beware of third parties charging fees to "unlock" government grants; official program information is free.

Eligibility
Women-owned businesses and aspiring founders in the U.S. and Canada; short application with a modest fee, monthly winner drawn from all applicants.
